Premium case opening UX - the animations and sound design are best-in-class. Live drops on the stream genuinely build hype. Pulled a Karambit Doppler from the $25 case and it transferred to Steam in 12 minutes.

Wide variety of cases at every price tier. Support has been quick on the two questions I have asked - both answered within minutes. Upgrader is fun if you treat it as entertainment, not a strategy.

Case battles feel rough - I have lost most of mine even when my opening was statistically better. UI is gorgeous though and the live drop feed is addictive. Mixed feelings overall.

Hit a $600 knife and the item transfer was held in review for 4 days while they verified my account. Eventually went through but a 4-day skin lockup on a verified account is too long. Pricing is also above market on some items.
